Conservation Corps Minnesota & Iowa is seeking an AmeriCorps Field Specialist to provide training, coordination, and leadership to members on natural resources projects across Minnesota and Iowa. You will work with project hosts, Crew Leaders, and field staff to deliver safe, high-quality service.

This role requires hands-on experience, strong teamwork, and a commitment to service-learning. You will coordinate logistics, safety, and equipment, and help shape youth development through

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; willingness to obtain additional certifications.
• Experience in leading and coordinating trainings for diverse groups.
• Ability to work safely with hand and power tools in field settings.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate service projects and assist with project management and training.
• Provide crew operation trainings and on-the-job demonstrations.
• Maintain safety, monitor field conditions, and assist with equipment maintenance.
• Shuttle equipment and coordinate logistics with project hosts and Crew Leaders.
• Support AmeriCorps members’ development through teamwork and service-learning.
