Qualifications

• CDL at time of appointment; Class A CDL required within 12 months.
• Three years experience in building maintenance, mechanical maintenance, or construction with one year in supervising and planning work.
• Ability to negotiate difficult terrain and work in remote areas and adverse weather conditions.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 80 pounds.
• Available for emergency response and after-hours emergencies.
• Valid driver's license and subject to Federal Omnibus Transportation Employee Testing Act

Responsibilities

• Supervise overall operations at the Elmira Field Headquarters.
• Staff assignment and project oversight.
• Work scheduling and field work including construction duties.
