Job summary

Greystone, a national commercial real estate finance company, seeks an Analyst, Consent Management to join the Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac Asset Management team in Irving, TX. You will manage a portfolio of multifamily loan consent requests from application to close.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1+ year experience in commercial real estate, banking, loan servicing, or related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office including Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac multifamily lending is a plus.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of multifamily loan consent requests from application through consent closeout.
• Review consent requests for completeness and identify outstanding documentation.
• Coordinate documentation with borrowers, lenders, attorneys, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Review borrower submissions and perform preliminary analysis of supporting documentation.
• Prepare consent packages for Asset Manager and investor review.
• Maintain transaction checklists, electronic files, and internal tracking systems.
• Provide timely status updates to customers and internal team members.
• Coordinate third-party vendors as needed.
• Monitor timelines and follow up on outstanding items.
• Maintain accurate records per policies and investor requirements.
• Assist with process improvements and other duties.
