U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of its service at our Tacoma location. You will assist customers, use U-Scan tech to manage rentals and inventory, and help with equipment setup and returns.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license, with opportunities for on-the-job education and career growth. Being part of a supportive team, you’ll help ensure customers have a smooth journey.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Customer-service oriented and able to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect equipment for safe operation and report issues.
• Prepare rental invoices and process returns.
