Job summary

Quality Technology Services, LLC is seeking a Development Program Manager for the Q-Systems: Connectivity group to lead design, pre-construction and construction activities across multiple data‑center campuses. You will interact with Facilities, Contractors, Engineers and Vendors and drive the program forward with strong communication.

The role emphasizes network infrastructure coordination, multi‑phase site development, and ongoing liaison with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering or Construction Management.
• 8–10+ years delivering mission‑critical data center facilities.
• 8–10+ years managing technology design, implementation and project management.
• Proficient with PowerPoint for executive updates and Excel for budgets.
• U.S. Citizenship may be required by federal contracts.
• Willing to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, pre-construction and construction activities on projects.
• Provide program level support for network infrastructure deployments.
• Coordinate with QTS teams to ensure infrastructure meets facility needs.
• Develop project schedules and manage teams for on‑time completion.
• Create and present development program status for executive reviews.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with design documents and QTS standards.
