Tulzi Technologies, LLC seeks a Connectivity Engineer to design, implement, and sustain complex enterprise networks in a TS/SCI with MD poly environment. Based at Fort Meade, you will lead WAN/CAN/DCN initiatives, optimize dataflow, and coordinate with system engineers to deliver secure, scalable network solutions.
You will perform site surveys, deployments, and post-installation support, ensuring high availability, low latency, and adherence to DoD standards.

Title: Connectivity Engineer
Location: FT Meade, MD
Perform engineering services to enable all aspects of network management from network design through implementation, maintenance, sustainment of existing networks, and identification/correction of complex internetwork issues. Implements and sustains Wide area networks (WANs), Campus Area Networks (CANs), Data Center Networks/Interfaces (DCN/DCI), Network Security (NETSEC) and Tactical/Deployable Networking Systems. Analyzes design, specifications, and related documents. Implements communication system requirements to support the distributed functionality of a networked enterprise environment. Analyzes network characteristics (e.g. traffic connect time, transmission speeds, packet sizes and throughput), troubleshoots problems and recommends modification of network configurations.
The Level 3 Connectivity Engineer shall possess the following capabilities:
Qualifications:
-Twelve (12) years’ experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of additional network engineering experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree.
-Certifications: An IAT level III baseline certification as defined by DoD 8570.01-M is required. An IAT II will be accepted (Security + CE, GSEC, or SSCP) if the candidate obtains an IAT level III (CISA, CISSP, CASP, GCIH, or GCED) within 1 year of contract award and provide expected date for completion. A CCNP certification or higher. ITIL ® V3 Foundations.
