This senior role designs and measures scalable systems to move guests toward membership, while building volunteer integration and leadership development. The ideal candidate will be highly relational and organized, capable of developing teams and creating meaningful opportunities for people to connect and grow.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience in church ministry, nonprofit leadership, or related environments.
• Strong organizational, administrative, and project management skills.
• Experience managing teams and developing leaders.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to create systems, processes, and scalable workflows.
• Commitment to TFCC's mission, vision, values, and culture.
• Proficiency with technology, databases, CRM systems, spreadsheets, and communication platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead guest experience, assimilation, and member engagement initiatives.
• Design and implement systems for guest information capture and follow-up.
• Develop pathways for membership onboarding and retention.
• Build volunteer integration and leadership development pipelines.
• Create dashboards and reporting to track engagement metrics.
• Collaborate with ministry leaders to optimize community placement.
• Monitor volunteer pipeline health and leadership development opportunities.
