The City of Chandler Cultural Development Department is currently seeking qualified individuals interested in joining our team as aConnection & Impact Manager. The position is scheduled to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with occasional events in the evening and weekends.
Current City of Chandler employees may only hold one position and are not eligible for additional part-time or secondary positions within the City of Chandler.
The City of Chandler Cultural Development Department showcases destination drivers in Chandler through the Chandler Center for the Arts, Chandler Museum, Downtown, Public Art, Special Events, Connection & Impact, and Vision Gallery. Connection & Impact builds bridges across the community by fostering belonging, understanding, and collaboration among Chandler's diverse residents and organizations.
Our new team member will bring a passion for public service and a deep commitment to fostering belonging and connection within diverse communities. We are looking for an experienced, collaborative leader who can build strong relationships, guide meaningful programs and initiatives, and develop strategies that strengthen connection and impact across the organization and community. The ideal candidate is a thoughtful problem-solver and effective communicator who can navigate complex and sensitive issues while bringing people together around shared goals.
This is a regular full-time position, subject to a 6-month probationary period. A register of qualified candidates will be active for 4 months should another position become available.
