Job summary

The City of Chandler Cultural Development Department seeks a Connection & Impact Manager to join our team, supporting belonging and collaboration across Chandler's diverse communities. This full-time role requires strong relationship-building and strategic leadership to guide programs and initiatives that strengthen community ties.

We value public service, effective communication, and collaboration, with a 40-hour workweek and occasional events in the evenings or on weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Public or Business Administration, Social Science or related field.
• 6 years of progressively responsible public sector experience in human relations or diversity, with program planning, facilitation and mediation; experience with community leaders and local government.
• 2 years of recent lead or supervisory experience.
• A valid Driver's License or equivalent combination of experience and training.
