Job summary

Cox Fleet is hiring a Client Relationship Manager II for Telematic Operations in Carmel, IN. You will oversee and optimize connected vehicle services for external customers, requiring strong analytical skills and relationship management.

Responsibilities include owning key telematics accounts, coordinating with internal teams, and presenting performance reviews. Travel to client sites and ongoing data-driven improvements are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 2 years’ experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and up to 2 years’ experience; or 6 years’ experience in a related field
• Excellent skills to work effectively with teams throughout organization
• Degree in related discipline strongly desired

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of specific telematic customer accounts focusing on connected vehicle solutions
• Develop customer trust and relationships with key decision makers to develop growth opportunities
• Understand customer needs and priorities and identify potential areas of improvement
• Manage customer inquiries and disputes
• Coordinate with Cox departments to explore relationship growth and resolve issues
• Communicate with customers throughout dispute resolution and negotiations
• Review customer reports and events flagged for quality control issues
• Identify issues and coordinate with operations/sales to implement corrective actions
• Prepare and present Business Reviews and Project Insight reviews
• Participate in Project Insight reviews and customer meetings as applicable
• Travel to customer sites as relationship support requires
• Support customer site visits to Cox and lead operational tours
• Provide recommendations backed by data
• Monitor connected vehicle system performance for external customers
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
• Analyze connected vehicle data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Prepare detailed performance reports for customers and stakeholders
• Develop strategies to improve performance and reliability of connected vehicle services
• Provide technical support and training on connected vehicle systems
• Ensure compliance with security and privacy regulations
• Collaborate with boundary partners to offer best solutions
• Seek opportunities to innovate and improve services and operations
• Other duties and projects as assigned
