Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years working in Service and Parts Department operations.
• Effective writing and speaking skills.

• Develop and implement the organization’s Connected Support Business Plan.
• Implement execution plans for JDLink™ support and Proactive Machine Monitoring.
• Manage recruiting and employee development activities.
