Job summary

Alcon is seeking a Manager of Connected Commerce Content Strategy & Operations in Fort Worth, TX. You will lead cross-functional teams to build scalable content frameworks and optimize content across retailers and platforms.

You will partner with Brand Marketing, Regulatory, Legal, and external partners to ensure compliant, syndicated, and AI-enabled commerce content that improves discoverability and shopper engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience.
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
• 5 Years of Relevant Experience.

• Lead evaluation and adoption of AI-enabled content capabilities.
