Job summary

Alcon in Fort Worth, TX, is seeking a Sr. Manager, Direct-to-Patient Marketing - Content to lead strategy and development of consumer-focused content across the patient journey.

This onsite role requires expertise in content marketing, brand storytelling, and AI-enabled content creation to drive awareness, engagement and conversion. You will partner with Brand, Channel, and Digital teams, build scalable content systems, and guide agencies to deliver assets that meet customer and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience.
• 7 years of relevant experience in marketing or content roles.
• Fluent reading, writing, understanding and communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Identify content needs and establish a content roadmap across the consumer journey.
• Develop messaging and creative for direct-to-patient campaigns using insights.
• Create scalable content systems for multiple campaigns, audiences and channels.
• Collaborate with Brand, Channel, and Digital marketing leads for consistency.
• Deliver consumer asset packages to retail marketing leads.
• Manage internal and external creative partners, ensuring timelines and budgets.
