Job summary

Nissan in Franklin, TN is seeking an Analyst, Connected Car Services to oversee project management for connected car initiatives, coordinating with CCS PMO, Aftersales, NTC-NA Engineering, Total Customer Satisfaction, Nissan Digital, Product Planning, and regional teams to keep programs on track.

bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years’ related experience are required along with strong organizational skills and proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 1–2 years of related experience at a professional level.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Travel up to 5% domestically and internationally; onsite work in Franklin, TN.

Responsibilities

• Work with CCS PMO, Aftersales, NTC-NA Engineering, Total Customer Satisfaction, Nissan Digital, Product Planning, and regional functions to align, track, lead, and maintain connected service projects.
• Maintain project schedules, capture clear business/technical requirements, and coordinate stakeholders for new service development and changes.
• Support new project intake through coordination with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Lead software development project responsibilities: intake, scope, requirements alignment, supplier coordination, timing, and cross-functional issue resolution.
• Support change request process to ensure timely delivery of supplier quotes.
• Provide analysis to vehicle program teams and assist with related duties as needed.
• Perform other related duties as required.
