Job summary

Nissan Motor Corporation in Franklin, TN seeks a Senior Planner for Connected Car Services PMO to manage programs enabling new connected services, including NissanConnect and Infiniti InTouch. You will lead cross-functional teams, gather requirements, set development schedules, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery across embedded telematics, mobile apps, and IoT initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience leading cross-functional projects.
• Exceptional program/project management experience with ability to lead large and small projects.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to present to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional CCS PMO projects; align, track, and maintain connected service projects.
• Identify and resolve issues by engaging appropriate teams and escalating when necessary.
• Develop and maintain project scorecards, schedules, and requirements across stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal Nissan teams and external partners for connected car initiatives.
• Organize thorough documentation and manage change requests to control costs and delivery.
