Job summary

The Episcopal Diocese of Texas in Houston seeks a Project Manager for the Congregational & Mission Vitality team. This full-time role designs workflows, tracks engagements from intake through completion, and coordinates cross-functional efforts to improve accountability and outcomes within our church consulting and support work.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience with project-management software and digital collaboration tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Design workflows across the team's portfolio and track engagements from intake through closeout.
• Use a project management software platform to build and maintain workflows, templates, timelines, and project plans.
• Develop dashboards and regular status reports for the team and leadership.
• Assist with defining success criteria for each project and evaluate outcomes at close.
• Lead integration of AI tools into project management, reporting, and documentation.
