Responsibilities

• Apply conformal coatings to PCBs and assemblies per work instructions and specifications.
• Perform masking and demasking to protect designated areas.
• Prepare coating materials, tools, and equipment per procedures.
• Operate conformal coating equipment, spray systems, curing ovens, and ventilation systems.
• Verify coating coverage and thickness using visual and UV inspection.
