Job summary

You will prepare circuit boards for coating, apply conformal coating with an HVLP gun, and inspect finished work. A high school diploma and attention to detail are required, with IPC 610 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare circuit boards for the coating process.
• Manually apply conformal coating to circuit boards with an HVLP spray gun.
• Apply adhesives to circuit boards.
• Able to work with chemicals.
• Inspect and quality check work to meet customer and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate quality issues to the appropriate team and manager as needed.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and maintain a clean, organized area.
• Willingness to assist in other departments and participate in process improvement projects.
