Job summary

Vanguard EMS, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Associate – Prep to support our electronics manufacturing line in Beaverton, Oregon. You will prep components for PC boards, inspect, and help ensure products meet IPC standards as well as customer requirements.

Collaborate with team leads to address quality issues, assist in other departments, and participate in process improvement projects. Overtime may be required to support production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with manufacturing processes and electronics assembly is preferred.
• IPC 610 certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prep electronic components for PCBs following detailed instructions.
• Inspect and quality check own work and others to meet customer and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate quality issues to the team and manager as needed.
• Assist in other departments and participate in controlled process improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
