Job summary

Latham & Watkins LLP is seeking an OGC Analyst in Boston to prepare and analyze conflicts reports related to incoming attorneys and new client business. This role includes researching potential conflicts and maintaining confidentiality.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, strong problem-solving skills, and at least three years of relevant experience, particularly in a law firm environment. A comprehensive benefits package and competitive salary are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum of three years of demonstrated work experience involving professional interpersonal skills.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience in a law firm or other professional services firm.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with attorneys and staff regarding conflict check results.
• Update data in the conflicts databases as necessary.
• Conduct research on corporate entities subject to conflicts review.
