Latham & Watkins LLP is seeking a Senior Analyst – Conflicts Reporting to prepare and analyze all levels of conflicts reports using Intapp Open. The role supports attorneys, analysts, and staff across offices, with hybrid options in Chicago, Boston, or New York.
The candidate will analyze complex matters, mentor junior staff, and ensure accurate data management while protecting highly sensitive information.

The Office of the General Counsel (“OGC”) Senior Analyst – Conflicts Reporting is an integral part of Latham’s Office of the General Counsel. This role will be responsible for preparing and analyzing all levels of conflicts reports regarding incoming attorneys and new client business using the firm’s conflicts database, Intapp Open, to be sent to attorneys, analysts, and other staff. This role will be located in either our Boston, Chicago, or New York office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.
