Responsibilities

• Review candidate conflicts questionnaires and ensure completeness and compliance with Firm policies.
• Conduct new hire conflicts searches using Firm databases and established search protocols.
• Employ Boolean logic to run conflicts searches according to Firm policy.
• Leverage internal sources to filter hits from conflicts searches.
• Communicate with candidates, recruiters, attorneys, and staff regarding conflicts inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to candidate conflicts analysis.
• Assist with onboarding-related projects as assigned.
