Job summary

Buchalter LLP is seeking a Sr. Conflicts Analyst to support the Risk Management Department in handling conflict checks for new clients, hires and other firm-wide requests.

The role requires extensive conflicts experience, strong data management skills, and the ability to advise on risk considerations with professionalism. Leverage Intapp Open, 3E, iManage and related tools to deliver thorough, timely analyses and clear guidance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8-10 years’ conflicts analysis experience in a large law firm.
• Experience with Intapp Open administration preferred or certified.
• Experience with conflicts databases and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to new business conflicts requests in a timely manner.
• Analyze conflict reports for potential new hires under supervision.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to clear conflicts.
• Draft, send, and track waivers as needed.
• Construct and monitor ethical walls; adjust as required.
• Maintain and reconcile conflicts data in the database; support training.
