Job summary

Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP is seeking a Conflicts Analyst for the Conflicts Team in our Dallas or Houston office. The role supports the conflicts workflow, ensuring requests are logged, run, tracked, and returned accurately and on time.

The position requires strong attention to detail, three years of relevant administrative experience in a professional service environment, and familiarity with conflicts or new business intake systems. Hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three years of administrative, data entry, or records experience in a law firm or professional services.
• Experience with an automated conflicts or new business intake system preferred; Intapp Open is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
• Ability to follow established procedures and escalate as needed.
• Solid written and verbal communication with attorneys and staff.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high volume of requests and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Logs conflicts clearance in the document management system and conflicts database; coordinates filings and waivers.
• Runs limited conflicts searches according to department procedures.
• Verifies and maintains party, client, and matter data for accuracy and consistency.
• Escalates potential or apparent conflicts to leadership.
• Maintains organized records of conflicts requests, search results, waivers, and correspondence.
• Tracks status of open requests and provides updates to attorneys and staff.
• Assists with departmental reporting, data cleanup projects, and other admin duties.
