White & Case in Tampa seeks a Compliance and New Business Analyst to support conflict resolution and new matter approvals. The role involves researching clients, shareholders, and changes, performing KYC and conflict searches, and ensuring adherence to global conflicts and AML rules.

You will mentor junior analysts and collaborate with attorneys, compliance, and OGC teams. The position is based in our Tampa office and requires a law/business/finance-focused background, strong communication

Competenze

• Two years minimum relevant work experience required.
• Strong academic record and problem-solving skills.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills; ability to handle confidential information.

Mansioni

• Conduct detailed conflict research on clients, shareholders, and owners.
• Process conflict searches and new matter requests per risk policies.
• Perform KYC research and multi-jurisdictional rule checks.
• Collaborate with teams across the Firm to ensure compliance with conflicts rules.
• Provide analysis and recommendations to resolve conflict issues and support onboarding.
