White & Case LLP in Tampa is seeking a Conflicts Analyst to support the Office of the General Counsel and fee earners by processing conflict checks and new matter approvals. The role involves researching clients, shareholders, and matters, and ensuring adherence to global conflicts and AML requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a law-related degree and at least two years of relevant experience, with strong analytical and communication skills to work with teams across the firm.

Competenze

• University degree in Law, Business, Finance or Marketing preferred
• Two years minimum relevant work experience required
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills and ability to interact with people at all levels
• Ability to handle confidential information with mature judgement
• Willingness to take on additional tasks and adapt to processes and workflow

Mansioni

• Conduct detailed research and analysis on clients, their shareholders and beneficial owners using external and internal databases to ensure full compliance with global conflicts and AML rules.
• Process basic and complex conflict search and new matter requests and related activities.
• Conduct KYC research and conflict search for client/matter name changes.
• Collaborate with Senior Conflicts Analysts and cross-functional teams to address conflict issues and ensure policy adherence.
