Qualifications

• JD in Good Standing and admission to the Florida Bar.
• Experience with lateral hire onboarding and conflicts resolution.
• Understanding ABA ethics and conflicts rules; ability to navigate international rules.

Responsabilités

• Support OGC and Compliance team with oversight of lateral onboarding.
• Administer lateral hire process and conflict search processing.
• Negotiate and draft waiver letters for lateral hire conflicts.
• Stay updated on global ethics rules related to lateral conflicts and screens.
• Prepare and review engagement agreements and outside counsel guidelines.
