Qualifications

• JD required with bar admission in any jurisdiction.
• Legal research and writing skills essential.
• Ability to analyze complex conflicts situations and draft waivers.

Responsibilities

• Analyze conflicts of interest on new business and lateral hires.
• Advise on conflicts-of-interest issues to firm lawyers.
• Prepare legal memoranda and research responses for GCs and committees.
• Draft waivers and engagement letters; negotiate conflicts resolutions.
