Qualifications

• Experience handling conflicts of interest, ethics, and professional responsibility topics.

Responsibilities

• Analyze conflicts of interest on new matters and lateral hires.
• Advise firm lawyers on conflicts-of-interest issues.
• Perform legal research and prepare memoranda for General Counsel and committees.
• Draft waivers and engagement letters in final format.
• Negotiate resolutions between lawyers on conflicts and waivers.
• Maintain consistent attendance during scheduled hours.
