Responsibilities

• Advise lawyers on conflicts-of-interest issues and ethical questions.
• Perform legal research and prepare memoranda for General Counsel and firm leaders.
• Identify complex facts and anticipate potential conflicts or ethical issues.
• Draft engagement letters and waivers; negotiate resolutions between lawyers.
• Work within firm policies and collaborate with international offices.
• Maintain attendance during regular hours and as needed.
