Qualifications

• Experience with legal and corporate research through Lexis/Westlaw and other systems.

Responsibilities

• Conflicts Clearing (60%): Analyzes new hire and new business conflicts search results and works with lawyers and staff to resolve potential conflicts.
• Conflict Waiver and Ethical Wall Management (20%): Drafts conflict waivers and ethical walls; maintains files of waivers and walls.
• Firm Counsel Support (15%): Supports legal compliance activities led by Firm Counsel; conducts research and reports on ethics and risk management topics.
