• Analyzes new hire and new business conflicts search results and resolves potential conflicts with attorneys and staff.
• Drafts conflict waivers and ethical walls and maintains related files.
• Supports legal compliance activities led by Firm Counsel and conducts ethics/risk research.
• Performs other duties as assigned and maintains professional standards.
