Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a conflicts analyst to support day-to-day conflict check operations, ensure data integrity, and train new team members. You will work with a conflicts analytics tool and MS Office to maintain standards across the team.

This role emphasizes research, critical thinking, and strong communication, with opportunities for expanded responsibilities in supervision and staff development within a legal/compliance setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ year of experience in conflicts analysis, client intake, AML, in the legal field, or related experience
• Ability to identify and analyze complex issues (critical thinking)
• Strong research skills
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
• Strong supervision and staff management skills
• Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft suite of products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Acrobat)
• Experience with InTapp Open or similar conflict software
• Boolean search logic experience is essential
