The ideal candidate will have prior Call Center experience, excellent verbal communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The position offers a starting pay of $19 hourly along with performance-based bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers are fully prepared for their scheduled visits.
• Manage and update calendars to ensure accurate scheduling.
• Handle both inbound and outbound calls to verify details.

• Perform accurate data entry across several platforms.
• Follow up on canceled or rescheduled leads to maximize appointment success.
