Job summary

Nightwing seeks a Configuration Manager to lead software baselines, version control, and IaC across environments. You will support SAFe/DevSecOps practices, manage CI/CD pipelines and release tagging, and ensure audit readiness.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in CM, DoD CM knowledge, TS/SCI with CI Poly, and a Bachelors in a technical field. Location options include NCR or San Antonio, TX, with on-site work and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Git and version control best practices.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab, Jenkins, or similar).
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle.
• Experience with configuration management tools and databases.
• Knowledge of DoD configuration management requirements.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI poly; must be U.S. citizen.

This position implements and maintains CM processes aligned with SAFe and DevSecOps methodologies, supporting the team's ability to deliver frequent, reliable releases.

Salary & Benefits

The salary associated with this position ($77,000–$163,000) is commensurate with the selected candidate’s qualifications, years of relevant experience, and demonstrated level of expertise. Compensation will be determined based on these factors to ensure alignment with skills, responsibilities, and market standards.
