Nightwing seeks a Senior System/Network Engineer to lead infrastructure design, deployment, and optimization for a unified solution. You will architect cloud-native designs, collaborate with development teams, and ensure scalable, secure systems across multi-cloud environments.

Requirements include 10+ years in system/network engineering, TS/SCI with CI Poly, DoD RMF, Kubernetes, Terraform/Ansible, Linux, Istio/Linkerd, and U.S. citizenship.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of system/network engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field (or equivalent).
• Kubernetes and container technologies expertise.
• Deep understanding of network protocols, routing, and security.
• Experience designing multi-cloud infrastructure solutions.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
• Strong Linux system administration knowledge.
• Experience with service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd).
• DoD RMF experience and TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.

The Senior System/Network Engineer leads infrastructure design, deployment, and optimization efforts for the unified solution. This position provides technical leadership for complex infrastructure challenges, ensuring systems are scalable, resilient, and secure. The engineer works closely with development teams to implement cloud-native architectures and optimize system performance.

• Strong knowledge of Linux system administration
• Experience with service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd)
• Understanding of DoD security requirements and RMF
• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph
• Must be U.S. citizen

Salary & Benefits

The salary associated with this position ($122,000-$253,000) is commensurate with the selected candidate’s qualifications, years of relevant experience, and demonstrated level of expertise. Compensation will be determined based on these factors to ensure alignment with skills, responsibilities, and market standards.
