Job summary

Beshenich Muir & Associates, LLC (BMA) is seeking a Configuration Management Lead to supervise a team of CM specialists. You will provide baseline control throughout lifecycle, review engineering changes, and advise the Configuration Control Boards (CCBs) to ensure accurate baselines.

The role requires maintaining configuration records and working with QA and management to support audit readiness. You will prepare directives for change authorization and implementation, ensuring robust logistics

Ability to facilitate and advise Configuration Control Boards (CCBs). Ability to maintain allocated, functional and physical baseline control and ability to perform audit support. Able to review all engineering change requests to assess impact upon configuration baseline and logistics support elements. Maintains configuration control records and technical documents. Works closely with quality assurance and management representatives to ensure accurate and well- documented product baseline. Prepares directives for change authorization and implementation.

Clearance Requirements

Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC) at time of proposal submission.

Required Skills And Certifications

Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority, e.g., Configuration Management II (CMII) from ICM, PMP from PMI, Certified Manager Certification (CM) from ICPM, SW Engineering Master Certification (SEMC) from IEEE and ITIL from HDI)
