Qualifications

• Experience developing solutions for complex hardware and software configuration management issues.
• Working knowledge of CM standards and procedures (Mil-HDBK-61, EIA 649).
• Ability to support internal and external audits.
• Excellent written and verbal interpersonal and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of CM/DM professionals, plan project documentation, and ensure contract requirements are met.
• Review and coordinate engineering change data across engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams.
• Develop and refine CM processes, data control, and release of data packages.
