Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related STEM field.
• 2+ years in configuration management, ERP administration, or related roles.
• Experience with engineering documentation control and change management principles.

Responsibilities

• Establish, document, and enforce CM processes per Redwire quality and business requirements.
• Manage Engineering Initial Release (IR) and Engineering Change Notification (ECN) workflows.
• Own lifecycle workflows for IRs, ECNs, parts, assemblies, and QMS documents.
• Develop forms, templates, and process documentation; train users in IR/ECN processes.
• Verify IR/ECNs are complete and correctly filled; administer BOM and route changes.
• Coordinate verification of changes to ensure accuracy and traceability to change orders.
• Create and maintain CM department documentation; ensure ERP change controls with stakeholder input.
• Facilitate changes to improve performance, reliability, or cost-effectiveness.
