Job summary

SRC, Inc. is seeking a Configuration Management Specialist to maintain product configurations and documentation throughout the lifecycle.

You will manage change processes, baselines, and revisions while supporting cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and product integrity. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 0-2 years in CM, strong documentation skills, and familiarity with PLM/ERP systems and engineering drawings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 0-2 years experience with CM practices and PLM/ERP systems.
• Understanding of engineering drawings and document control.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain configuration management processes and tools.
• Coordinate Engineering Change Requests/Orders (ECR/ECO).
• Ensure accuracy of BOMs, drawings, and documentation.
• Maintain configuration baselines and revision histories.
• Support configuration audits and compliance activities.
• Provide CM reporting and support continuous improvement.
