Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/Engineering/CS or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years in configuration management or release management.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to report trends.
• Experience creating dashboards and audit documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of CM principles, version control, and documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CM processes for identification, control, and auditing.
• Perform CM and release engineering tasks to meet standards.
• Support change processes, tracking, and baseline management.
• Design build procedures and release processes for deployment.
• Analyze CM data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare formal CM reports and presentations.
• Develop CM dashboards and KPIs for visibility.
• Train staff on CM tools and procedures.
