Job summary

HEICO is seeking a Configuration Control Coordinator to oversee tracking, release, and archiving of engineering and manufacturing documents. Under the Operations Support Manager, you will maintain databases and ensure compliance with configuration management procedures.

You will act as a liaison between Engineering and Manufacturing, release BOMs and master build records, support Change Control Board processes, and assist with scheduling daily production workflows.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some engineering coursework preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Inputs, tracks, and releases manufacturing documents into the company database.
• Assists with engineering files in the engineering database.
• Releases and finalizes BOMs, master build records, and planning documents.
• Maintains data files for online viewing and archiving.
• Acts as liaison between Engineering and Manufacturing.
• Troubleshoots configuration control issues and resolves them.
• Reviews documents to ensure CM procedures are followed.
• Approves and schedules Change Control Board documents.
• Creates and administers databases and company forms.
• Supports daily process flows and planning in operations.
• Creates and releases Sales Order and Work Order paperwork.
