You will review contracts, determine documentation required, and coordinate change notices with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, familiarity with ERP/PLM/MES systems, and strong attention to detail with good written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic understanding of ERP, PLM, and MES systems and how they support configuration management and manufacturing.
• Familiarity with configuration data (part numbers, BOMs, routings) and change control concepts.
• Proficiency with Excel and Word for tracking configuration data.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
• Good written and verbal communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Plans and coordinates preparation of project documentation such as engineering drawings and production specifications.
• Reviews contract requirements for documentation and applies engineering/manufacturing knowledge.
• Analyzes proposed design changes to assess impact on product and system.
• Coordinates modification records for management control and prepares change orders.
• Reviews released engineering change data and coordinates changes with cross-functional teams.
