Location: Administration Building
Position: Year-round (12 months, 8 hours)

Essential Functions
- Compiles data (e.g. school directory, emergency lists, admin directory, etc.) for the purpose of maintaining and distributing information in timely manner.
- Coordinates assigned projects and/or program components (e.g. back-to-school events, committee selections, fundraising campaigns, various advisory committees, etc.) for the purpose of completing activities and/or delivering services in a timely fashion.
- Maintains a variety of documents, records, and websites (e.g. meeting minutes/transcripts, department files, flyer distribution program, district webpage, calendar, etc.) for the purpose of providing up-to-date information and/or historical reference in accordance with established administrative guidelines and legal requirements.
- Maintains inventory of supplies and materials (e.g. forms, office supplies, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring items' availability.
- Organizes staff development and training (e.g. reservations, registrations, travel arrangements, etc.) for the purpose of providing information on current trends, educational and regulatory changes and meeting professional growth requirements.
- Participates in department and/or in-service meetings (e.g. set-up, facility reservation, refreshments, audio/video, programs, etc.) for the purpose of conveying and/or gathering information required to perform functions.
- Performs general and program specific clerical functions (e.g. communication plans, schedule meetings, maintain committee databases, district calendar, invoice processing, etc.) for the purpose of supporting departmental activities.
- Prepares a variety of correspondence, reports, and other materials (e.g. confidential correspondence, charts, graphs, visual presentations, mileage reports, etc.) for the purpose of documenting activities, providing written reference, and/or conveying information.
- Processes a variety of documents and materials (e.g. purchase orders, budget records, invoices, receipts, travel reimbursements, etc.) for the purpose of disseminating information in compliance with established administrative guidelines.
- Provides assistance with preparation of budget (e.g. analyzing data, plan/assign codes, manage allocations, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring that allocations are accurate, expenses are within budget limits and/or fiscal practices are followed.
- Responds to inquiries from a variety of internal and external parties (e.g. district staff, other schools, government agencies, general public, students, etc.) for the purpose of providing information, facilitating communication among parties and/or providing direction.
- Schedules and organizes a wide variety of activities (e.g. Board recognitions, appreciation events, volunteer recognitions, committee meetings, security trainings, etc.) for the purpose of making necessary arrangements for assigned administrator.
- Serves as a liaison (e.g. other departments, school personnel, district associations/boards, etc.) for the purpose of receiving and disseminating information, and maintaining and revising district policies and guidelines.
- Performs other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit.
Experience: Job-related experience with increasing levels of responsibility is desired.
Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
Clearances: Criminal Background Clearance required
