• Knowledge of F&B preparation techniques, health department rules and liquor laws is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned group business from turnover through event closure and final billing.
• Liaise between clients and operating departments to ensure successful meetings.
• Respond to Meeting Planners requests immediately and coordinate with external planners/vendors.
• Maintain and optimize function space and pricing to maximize revenue.
• Prepare and submit required reports in a timely manner.
