Job summary

The Adolphus in Dallas, TX is seeking a Conference Services Manager to orchestrate events from planning to execution and to coordinate multiple departments for seamless, memorable experiences. • Thorough understanding of the property and amenities; work with sales teams on current promotions and packages, as needed
• Effective communication skills across multiple teams
• Organized and effective

The ultimate liaison, a Conference Services Manager is able to pull together all the pieces and departments necessary to execute a successful and memorable event. They are comfortable supporting, managing, and supervising others. This individual is a true visionary who can see the big picture and has the knowledge and experience to take something from pen and paper to reality.
