Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to operate routine office equipment (fax, scanner, metering, stamping, tracking systems, photocopying, color copying).
• Excellent customer service, professional attitude and appearance.
• Ability to work overtime and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Set-up conference room for scheduled meetings.
• Disassemble conference room and store furniture and equipment.
• Organize and distribute supplies to client employees as detailed in job requests.
• Monitor inventory of equipment and supplies.
• Receive catering orders from vendors.
• Prepare food for delivery to conference rooms.
• Place food on service carts for delivery.
• Ensure timely delivery of all catering orders.
• Maintain neatness and cleanliness of supplies and pantries.
• Clean and organize conference room after meetings.
• Clean table tops, phones and dry erase boards.
• Receive/sort/deliver mail and packages as needed; handle outgoing mail.
• Package and process outgoing overnight items; log items for accuracy.
