Job summary

The University of Central Oklahoma is seeking a part-time AV technician to oversee on-site operations for training conferences. You will coordinate with contracted vendors, venues, and staff to ensure all equipment, connectivity, and presentation systems are ready and tested.

You will also support virtual and hybrid events, including livestreaming, webinars, recordings, and participant access, and contribute to podcast production and post-event content delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years AV experience or equivalent
• Experience supporting LMS and webinar platforms
• Experience with streaming, recording, and podcast workflows

Responsibilities

• Manages on-site AV operations for training conferences, coordinating with vendors and venues
• Provides technical support for virtual and hybrid training, including livestreaming and videoconferencing
• Coordinates podcast production, including recording setup and editing workflows
• Maintains AV equipment inventory, deployment, testing, and maintenance
• Assists with project lifecycle: installation, programming, training, and documentation
