Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3+ years of work experience or equivalent combination.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in instructional design, education, or related field with 5+ years designing online, hybrid, and instructor-led programs.
• Experience in higher education and distance education; familiarity with TRIO programs and adult learning theory.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate virtual, hybrid, and livestreamed TRIO training conferences.
• Introduce presenters, moderate sessions, and manage Q&A to maintain flow.
• Develop multimedia resources to enhance instructional delivery.
• Set up shoots, capture, and edit video and animations for training content.
• Collaborate with instructional staff and IT for effective delivery.
