Job summary

Expert knowledge of TRIO program requirements and adult learning principles guides facilitation, with collaboration across faculty and technical staff to meet objectives and deliver approved curricula.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a job-related field plus 3+ years of work experience; higher education and distance education experience desired.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to operate a vehicle.
• Master’s degree in instructional design, education, or related field; 5+ years designing online, hybrid, and instructor-led professional development; LMS expertise.

Responsibilities

• Research and implement emerging instructional multimedia and technology solutions.
• Design multimedia resources (interactive media, animations, video) to enhance delivery.
• Collaborate with instructional design team to integrate multimedia technologies.
• Plan and conduct video/photo shoots for instructional content.
• Guide training staff on hardware and software purchasing specifications.
• Perform other related duties to support the department's mission.
